Rouge
Just a quick pre-season update to congratulate David 'Pooch' Newsham on the capture of his new PB catfish from Rouge. Weighing in at 83lb 8ozs, he hooked this montrous specimen from in front of the summer house fishing with a halibut pellet hookbait and a large method ball of groundbait.
I was delighted to be able to witness and glove in the fish which is the second cat out of the lake this year! Dad had another estimated at around 50lbs along with a 16lb Mirror carp.
Pooch has been helping us pre-season to get the lakes up to scratch in time for the start of the season next month.
